Delivery

USA: Shipping is FREE.  ETA for Delivery is the 15th December.

EU and the UK: Shipping is FREE. ETA for Delivery is the 15th December. Please note that as the sweaters are being shipped from outside the EU there may be customs charges on your sweater.

Outside the USA / EU:  Shipping is a flat fee of $10 per order.   Please note: your order may be subject to customs charges. .

Returns

All of our products are custom made for you which means we can't accept returns unless your product is defective.  In the extremely unlikely event the product is defective, please just contact us and we will be happy to help.
