USA: If your order is more than $50, shipping is FREE.  Delivery in 7 - 14 days. Pre Christmas Delivery is not guaranteed. If your order is less than $50, shipping is just $5.

EU and the UK: Shipping is $10. Delivery in 7-14 days. Pre Christmas Delivery is not guaranteed.Please note that as the sweaters are being shipped from outside the EU there may be customs charges on your sweater.

Outside the USA / EU:  Shipping is a flat fee of $10 per order.  Pre Christmas Delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery in 7-14 days. Please note: your order may be subject to customs charges. .

Returns

All of our products are custom made for you which means we can't accept returns unless your product is defective.  In the extremely unlikely event the product is defective, please just contact us and we will be happy to help.
